Your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide a service we can be proud of. If you are not satisfied with any area of our cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of the service. We will re-clean the area in question at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds on services that have been rendered.
We understand that schedules can change. We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We require access to your home to provide our services. You can provide us with a key, a garage code, or ensure someone is home during the scheduled cleaning time. If we are unable to access your home upon arrival, a lockout fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged.
Our teams are trained to work safely and efficiently. We ask that you ensure a safe working environment for our staff. This includes securing any pets and keeping the home at a comfortable temperature. We do not clean homes with biohazards, mold, or insect infestations. Our employees are not permitted to climb higher than a 2-step ladder.
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payments. A late fee will be applied to any payments not received within 7 days of the service date.
