Yes—we bring everything needed, including vacuums, mops, and microfiber cloths. No need to stock anything unless you have a preferred product you'd like us to use.
Not at all. Many clients share a key, lockbox, or garage code. We'll follow your alarm instructions, lock up, and leave everything secure.
It depends on size and service level. As a general guide, a recurring standard clean for a ~2,400 sq ft home takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleans and move-in/out services take longer.
Absolutely. When you customize, those preferences get saved into your Checkers Home Playbook™ and updated whenever you ask—so you don't have to keep leaving sticky notes or repeating instructions. Add services like inside fridge, inside oven, interior windows & tracks, or exclude rooms you don't need.
Yes—these are popular add-ons. Please select them when booking so we allow enough time and bring the right supplies.
During standard cleans we dust interior sills/ledges. Interior glass and tracks are available as add-ons. Exterior windows may be available by special request depending on access and safety.
We'll shift light items we can safely handle (dining chairs, small side tables) to clean around/under. We don't move heavy furniture, large appliances, or items attached to wiring.
Light dish pickup is included (a few items). Full sink loads, running the dishwasher, laundry, and full linen service are available as add-ons—just request them.
We love your furry friends! If they're nervous around vacuums or new people, please crate them or place them in a separate room. Share any "do not let out" instructions and gate/door notes.
A quick tidy (put away clothes, toys, and dishes) helps us spend more time cleaning. If we're doing inside-appliance or cabinet add-ons, please empty those areas before we arrive.
Every visit follows your Checkers Home Playbook™ and our team double-checks your Guest-Ready Squares™ before leaving. With our Checkers Double-Check™ Guarantee, if your main areas don't feel guest-ready after a routine visit, just let us know and we'll come back to make it right.
Accidents are rare, but if something happens, please let us know within 24 hours. We'll review the situation and repair or replace as appropriate. We're insured and will make it right.
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel to avoid a charge.
Never required, always appreciated for exceptional service. Many clients tip $10–$25 per visit or a small percentage. You can leave cash or ask us to add a gratuity to your invoice.
Major credit/debit cards. Payment is typically processed on the day of service.
