  • Scrubbing and cleaning of shower tile backsplash and floors, shower glass door & handles, and shower tub with bleach and a white sponge, and scrubbing of the bathroom sink in bathrooms

DUSTING AND CLEANING

  • Dust and clean furniture, lamps, lampshades, picture frames, and ceiling fans in the kitchen, bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and hallways (height restrictions apply for ceiling fans).
  • Remove fingerprints from all woodwork, door frames, and switch plates across all rooms.

 

APPLIANCE CLEANING

  • Clean the exteriors of kitchen appliances meticulously (interiors upon request).
  • Clean the microwave in the kitchen, both inside and out.

 

SURFACE DISINFECTING

  • Disinfect countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, with all items temporarily removed and replaced.
  • Scrub and disinfect sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms (dishes are washed upon request).

 

CABINET CLEANING

  • Clean the fronts of cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms.

 

FLOOR CLEANING

  • Vacuum and/or wash floors across all rooms including kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and hallways.
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs in bedrooms and living areas.
  • Vacuum and/or wash floors underneath beds if accessible.

 

WINDOW AND DOOR CLEANING

  • Clean and dust windowsills and blinds across all rooms upon request.
  • Clean inside and out of sliding glass doors (up to 5 total panes).

 

BASEBOARD DUSTING

  • Dust off baseboards across all rooms.

 

BATHROOM-SPECIFIC CLEANING

  • Scrub, disinfect, and rinse shower tiles and tubs.
  • Disinfect toilets inside and out.
  • Clean and shine chrome fixtures.

  • Make beds (linens are changed for one set; additional sets incur a $10 charge).
